Quick Returns

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Incomplete (missing items)

Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your return request smoothly, kindly share:

  • A video of the parcel opening

  • Clear images of the delivered product and packaging

Return Guidelines

For Nutritional Products:

  • Items must be returned in their original sealed packaging.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

  • Returns due to taste preference, personal reactions, or minor side effects are not accepted.

  • No exchange will be provided.

  • Our products are manufactured under strict quality control, but we advise consulting your healthcare professional before use if you have medical conditions.

For Fitness Accessories:

  • Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects.

  • Products such as shakers, bags, and t-shirts are non-returnable unless defective.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Misused or mishandled products

  • Opened, used, or tampered items

  • Items from combo packs (if not returned in full)

  • Products without original box and accessories

Cancellation Policy

Please review your order carefully before placing it. If cancellation is required, inform us within 8–9 hours of order placement. Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted.

Refund Process

If your return request meets the eligibility criteria:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery or bank deposit orders will be refunded via cheque in the customer’s name.

⏱️ Refunds will be processed within 7–8 working days after successful product verification.
